Существенное удорожание пенного напитка эксперты рынка связывают с ростом цен на сырьевые составляющие. По данным исследовательской компании Nielsen, которые приводят в отраслевой организации Укрпиво, за 2011 год средняя цена 1 литра пива в Украине выросла на 14%. Если в декабре 2010 года она составляла 7,99 грн, то в декабре 2011 - уже 9,11 грн. В 2011 году производство пива в стране сократилось на 1,6% по сравнению с 2010 годом. При этом за 11 месяцев 2011 года экспорт напитка сократился на 13%, а импорт вырос практически на 47%. Основными причинами неудачного года пивовары называют продолжающееся давление на отрасль со стороны регулирующих органов, необоснованные ограничения продаж местными властями, а также достаточно холодное лето. При этом лидирующие позиции в отрасли продолжают удерживать 4 игрока - САН ИнБев Украина, Carlsberg Ukraine, Оболонь и Миллер Брендз Украина, на долю которых приходится порядка 95% произведенного и более 94% проданного в Украине пива. Еще одной негативной тенденцией 2011 года стало продолжающееся снижение на более чем 10% производства пивоваренного солода, добавляют в Укрпиво. "Пивоваренные компании продолжают сталкиваться со значительными трудностями в Украине. Производителям приходится выдерживать давление, связанное с ростом цен на сырье, постоянными и непрогнозируемыми изменениями в законодательном поле, снижением покупательской способности населения. Все это негативно влияет как на финансовые показатели производителей и компаний из смежных отраслей, так и на поступления в бюджеты всех уровней", - отметила генеральный директор ЧАО Укрпиво Галина Коренькова.
